For a level with water, ancient ruins, loop-de-loops, and bright colors. The tempo, instrumentation doesn't work for Aquatic Ruins, maybe this style would work more for the later levels of Sonic 2, rather than an upbeat early level.

If you play this from the very beggining with the smilefac visual the eyes pop and the main face just stares at you, to either creepy or comical effect, depends on the person veiwing it.

Awesome use of speak N' Spell technology also the main vocalist sounds vaguely like Antonino Banderas, at least I think he does. The reason for the reveiw score of 10 is for the perfectly polished quality and this is one of the catchiest songs on the audio portal.
